- Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery.
- Customers are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving.
- Customers must include a full address including apartment number as applicable.
- All items are shipped FOB point-of-shipment freight prepaid using EMS Global Shipping.
- www.ghdhaircom.com packages will be delivered by either USPS or by DHL. A signature is required for the package. If no one is home, the package can be picked up at the post office (bring ID).
- Customers will receive an email from www.ghdhaircom.com when their order is processed and shipped.
- Shipping is free, unless specified.
- www.ghdhaircom.com will never ship COD.

RETURN

Q: What is your complete return policy?
A: We only accept return the merchandise in following cases: we send you the wrong size/color/item or you received merchandise with blemish. Return item must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. To send an item back to us, You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as www.ghdhaircom.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive your return package, please allow one week for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Q: If I need to return an item, do I have to pay the postage?
A: Yes, if you mail an item back to us, you will be responsible for the return postage. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.
